PRECEPTS OF LEADERSHIP
1. The most important principle of leadership is to lead by example. If at all possible, a leader should have already done that which he will ask others to do.
2. The best leaders, more often than not, "come up through the ranks." They lead by example and by experience.
3. An indispensable principle is that the leader believe absolutely in the cause for which he is to fight. The devotion of a leader is transferred to his men.
4. A leader must not observe, but rather share with his men that which they are to endure. Leadership does not consist of commanding, but of leading.
5. The man who will not do himself, that which he asks others to do, is a commander, not a leader.
6. There is no room for the theorist in a good leader. His successes are measured by accomplishments, not by theories. Good ideas are those that work, all others are for speculators.
7. Leaders are not given respect, they earn it. If there is no respect from the ranks, then the leader must look to himself for the answer as to why.
8. The man who after serious thought and deliberation envisions himself a leader, usually is not, or he would already be leading instead of contemplating doing so.
9. There are men who seem to be "born leaders," as well as men who are born leading. The former possess a natural ability and talent from the beginning, the latter by training and experience.
10. A leader is not an island unto himself, he understands people and what motivates them. Praise and recognition is given by him to men who are successful, concern and help to those who fail. Men in the ranks are always given a second chance to prove themselves. No man who has given it his all should be judged harshly upon a single incident that may have been subject to the vicissitudes of life.
11. The hardest task for a competent leader is to delegate authority. Doing so, where possible, is what makes him superior to those leaders that can not.
12. A truly brilliant leader, is always looking for his replacement.

This site has some very good documentaries on it.I watched the one about the former DEA agents(Jerry Laveroni) talking about law enforcement corruption and the one about John Entwhistle the bassist for The Who.Both were very good.I plan on watching many more from this site.

I have posted information concerning a Man-Made potential flu pandemic that is being created to harm us. The following videos speak on their own. Please watch & listen carefully. These videos are important to see. I can't say with 100% certainty what is reported here will actually happen. I do say that it's unforunately, very possible. Everyone needs to be aware of this potential dangerous situation.
Forced vaccinations are coming. The military may even be called upon to promote and "facilitate" the dispensing of this UNTESTED and potentially harmful vaccine!

The original poster of the video was endtimes777 - a very brave young woman. She is (as far as we know) a 37 year old Army Engineer and over the weekend of Sept 12-13 in the LA are attended a drill with colleagues, including California Highway Patrol, LA County Sheriffs, and LAPD
One of these colleagues told her that he had recently been training to establish roadblocks in the LA area...and shows clearly readable documentation and a photo (taken by her colleague) of what she states is an RFID tracking device.
It's a little unclear what information she has learned at first hand and what she's learned from others whom she trusts. She states that she knows that the dates for the two waves of forced vaccinations are October 15 and November 15. It's not stated how she knows this. However: the information reported seems credible and if true, could not be more important.
Watch carefully and please distribute widely. If you do so, please copy the above information - which is important to understand clearly.

Doubt the government plans to impose martial law and round up dissidents and other malcontents? Well, the Army National Guard is advertising for qualified personnel to work as Corrections Officers and Internment/Resettlement Specialists.
As an Internment/Resettlement Specialist for the Army National Guard, you will ensure the smooth running of military confinement/correctional facility or detention/internment facility, similar to those duties conducted by civilian Corrections Officers, a classified ad posted on the web states. This will require you to know proper procedures and military law; and have the ability to think quickly in high-stress situations.
Specific duties may include assisting with supervision and management operations; providing facility security; providing custody, control, supervision, and escort; and counseling individual prisoners in rehabilitative programs.
The term rehabilitative programs is key. Glenn Beck and the corporate media may attempt to discredit the fact there are FEMA camps, but military documents demonstrate the government plans to herd people into internment camps. Army Regulation 210-35, entitled Civilian Inmate Labor Program, provides guidance for establishing and managing civilian inmate labor programs on Army installations. It provides guidance on establishing prison camps on Army installations.
In Maos China, the government established a sprawling system of administrative detention centers — known as Laogai — designed to reeducate dissidents and other social misfits through forced slave labor. In the Soviet Union under Stalin, a network of gulags — a Russian acronym for The Chief Administration of Corrective Labor Camps and Colonies — were established, primarily for political prisoners and as a mechanism for repressing political opposition to the Soviet state.
Rex 84 was created in the United States for basically the same reason. The Rex-84 Alpha Explan (Readiness Exercise 1984, Exercise Plan; otherwise known as a continuity of government plan), indicates that FEMA in association with 34 other federal civil departments and agencies, along with other NATO nations, conducted a civil readiness exercise during April 5-13, 1984. It was conducted in coordination and simultaneously with a Joint Chiefs exercise, Night Train 84, a worldwide military command post exercise (including Continental U.S. Forces or CONUS) based on multi-emergency scenarios operating both abroad and at home. In the combined exercise, Rex-84 Bravo, FEMA and DOD led the other federal agencies and departments, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Secret Service, the Treasury, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Veterans Administration through a gaming exercise to test military assistance in civil defense, writes Diana Reynolds. The exercise anticipated civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes that would affect continuity of government and/or resource mobilization. To fight subversive activities, there was authorization for the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of martial law.
